Yesterday finished the high school students riot that lasted aproximately two months at all.
This revolution began two years ago, when the high school students asked a change in L.O.C.E., this law was created during a Augusto Pinochet's one long goverment and it didn't promove the equality about education.
Their petition was accepted with the creation of L.G.E. But students thought this law was the same than L.O.C.E. and asked another deeper reform and it finished with the L.G.E. more equality for everyone.

As far as we all know, Augusto Pinochet only had "one long government" so when you say "a government" it gives the idea that he had had more than one.
By the way,try to find out what says LOCE about education, it would be interesting know your opinion about it.
